Election Code Amended by petition resolution
The Rosebud Sioux Tribal Council amended the Election Code, Ordinance 86-10, through Petition Resolution 2018-115 on April 19, 2018. Fifteen members signed the petition. The new Election Code includes provisions for filling vacancies when they occur on the governing body. In addition, Section 1000 was added to address the election of Community officers.
